Refund Policy for Nightingale Design Studio

At Nightingale Design Studio, we are committed to delivering exceptional interior design services and ensuring client satisfaction. Our refund policy is designed to provide clarity and fairness, reflecting industry best practices and the custom nature of our work.

  1. Customized Design Services

Most of our interior design services are highly customized and tailored to each client’s unique vision and requirements. As such, all design fees, consultation fees, and custom design work are non-refundable once work has commenced or deliverables have been provided.

  1. Product Purchases

For physical products (such as furnishings, decor, or accessories) purchased through Nightingale Design Studio on your behalf:

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If a product arrives defective or damaged, notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will work with the supplier or manufacturer to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or repair as appropriate.
  • Returns/Exchanges: Returns or exchanges for non-defective items may be subject to the supplier’s return policy. Restocking fees and return shipping costs may apply, and eligibility will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
  1. Deposits and Payments
  • Non-Refundable Deposits: All deposits and initial payments for design services are non-refundable. These secure your project in our schedule and cover time spent on initial concepts and planning.
  • Project Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your project after work has begun, refunds (if any) will be considered based on the portion of work completed and any non-recoverable costs incurred. Written notice of cancellation is required.
  1. Refund Request Process

To request a refund for eligible circumstances:

  • Contact us by email at karinanightingale@gmail.com or call 239-273-3014.
  • Provide your name, project details, and a description of the issue.
  • For product-related refunds, include photos and proof of purchase.

We will review your request and respond within 14 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  1. Exceptions
  • Custom-made, special order, or personalized items are not eligible for return or refund unless defective or damaged.
  • Design concepts, plans, and digital deliverables are non-refundable once delivered.

Nightingale Design Studio reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.
